My family loves berries. Strawberries and blueberries especially and I usually pick and freeze several pounds of fresh berries every summer. They ar a wonderful addition to oatmeal, cream of wheat, pancakes and waffles. I use them in sweet breads and muffins and cakes and cookies. And they are just what the doctor ordered as far as nutrition goes.

I have many favorite recipes that I put these berries in but the one below is so easy makes such a tasty morning treat that I just have to share it.
